Once your personalized order has been produced, packed, and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and carrier information.
How To Track Your Order
To track your order, please use the tracking link sent to your email after shipment.
If you have not received a tracking email yet, your order may still be in preview, production, or processing.
Estimated Timeline
Each personalized product requires preview, production, and shipping time.
Production time: 1–3 business days after preview approval
Shipping time: 4–7 business days after production
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after production begins
United States shipping: $9.99
Please note that production begins after the customer approves the preview, when a preview is required. Delays in approval may affect the estimated delivery date.
Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping label is created.
If your tracking link does not show movement right away, please check again later. This is normal while the carrier scans and processes the package.
