1. How do I personalize my order?
You can enter your personalization details directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Depending on the product, this may include names, initials, photos, dates, messages, or other custom details.
Please enter your personalization exactly as you want it to appear on the final product.
2. Will I receive a preview before production?
Some personalized products require a preview before production. If your product includes a preview step, we will prepare your design and send it for approval before production begins.
Production starts after the preview is approved. Delays in approval may affect the estimated delivery date.
3. Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
If production has not started, we will do our best to update your personalization. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
4. How long does production take?
Production time may vary depending on the product.
Estimated production time: 1–3 business days after preview approval
During holidays or high-volume seasons, production may take slightly longer.
5. How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping time within the United States: 4–7 business days after production
Estimated total delivery time: 5–10 business days after production begins
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
6. How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the United States is $9.99.
Shipping cost will also be shown at checkout before payment.
7. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after it is created.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
Because personalized products are made especially for you, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
9. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because our products are personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds for custom items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and photos of the problem. We will review the case and help find a solution.
10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged
- A short explanation of the issue
We will review your case and assist you as quickly as possible.
11. Can I order a gift for someone else?
Yes. You can ship your order directly to the recipient by entering their shipping address at checkout.
Please make sure the address is correct before placing the order.
12. Do colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and production batches.
13. What if I entered the wrong name or shipping address?
Please contact us immediately.
If production or shipping has not started, we will do our best to help. However, once an item has entered production or has been shipped, changes may not be possible.
