Because personalized storybooks are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Approved personalized designs
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Change-of-mind requests after personalization or production has started

Please review your preview carefully before approval, including names, spelling, messages, and personalization details.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review the case and help resolve it.

Any photos, names, or personal details provided for personalization are used only to create your order. We do not sell, share, or publicly display customer photos or personal information without permission.
