Our books are not fully custom books created from scratch. They are based on ready-made storybook themes, with selected personalization options depending on the product.

5. Preview Before Production

For personalized products, we may provide a preview before production begins. The preview allows you to review selected personalization details.

Please review your preview carefully. Once the preview is approved, production may begin. After personalization has started, the preview has been approved, or production has begun, cancellations, changes, or refunds may not be available.

Delays in preview approval may affect the estimated production and delivery timeline.

6. Customer-Provided Content

If you provide names, messages, photos, character details, or other personalization information, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit that content.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or violates the rights of another person or party.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing inappropriate, offensive, or unauthorized content.

Customer photos and personal details are used only to create the personalized order. We do not sell or publicly share customer photos or personal information without permission.

7. Orders and Payment

For personalized products, production begins after the preview is approved when preview approval is required.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, delayed customer responses, carrier issues, customs delays, or events outside our control.

10. Returns and Refunds

Because personalized storybooks are custom-made or made to order, returns and refunds may not be available for approved personalized designs, incorrect information provided by the customer, or change-of-mind requests after personalization or production has started.
